monitoring.app provides uptime checks, SSL expiry monitoring, backup result ingest, alerting, public status pages, team management, and billing workflows.

Customers are responsible for configuring monitor targets, alert routing, backup source payloads, status page content, user access, and escalation processes.

Customers must not use the service to scan private networks without authorization, attack third parties, send abusive notifications, or ingest unlawful content.

We may suspend access or throttle traffic to protect the platform, other customers, or third parties.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Plan changes, failed payments, portal actions, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the published refund and cancellation policy.

Cancellation stops future renewal but does not remove legal, billing, audit, or abuse-prevention records that must be retained.
