Data Processing Addendum

We process customer data only to provide, secure, support, bill, and improve monitoring.app, or as required by law.

Customer administrators control workspace users, monitored resources, backup payloads, alert destinations, and status page publications.

Controls include authenticated access, workspace isolation, audit logs, rate limits, secret masking, encrypted transport, and least-privilege operational access.

Production recovery, incident handling, and subprocessors are documented for customer review.

MSP customers can use this DPA together with the subprocessors page, SLA and support terms, abuse policy, and privacy policy during vendor review.

Customer administrators remain responsible for configuring workspace access, monitored targets, alert recipients, and published status page content for their own customers.
