Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how customers can cancel paid plans and request billing help.
Cancellation
Workspace owners can manage cancellation through the billing page and Stripe billing portal.
Cancellation prevents renewal at the end of the paid term unless Stripe or a written agreement states otherwise.
Refunds
Refunds are reviewed case by case for duplicate charges, billing errors, service availability issues, and signed pilot commitments.
Usage, setup work, and third-party costs may affect refund eligibility.
