monitoring.app processes account, workspace, monitoring, alerting, backup ingest, billing, support, and product telemetry data so managed service providers can operate monitoring workspaces for their customers.
Data we process
We process account identifiers, workspace membership, monitor targets, check results, SSL metadata, alert channel configuration, backup result payloads, status page content, support requests, and billing state.
Secrets such as backup ingest tokens, webhook URLs, OAuth data, and payment data are minimized, masked in diagnostics where possible, and never intentionally exposed in customer-facing logs.
Providers
Stripe is the billing provider for checkout, subscription, invoice, portal, and payment method workflows. Email providers and notification providers deliver account, support and contact intake, invite, alert, and backup notifications.
Firebase Analytics is used only after analytics consent is granted. Analytics cookies and browser storage help us understand product usage and page performance without replacing operational audit logs.
Retention and rights
Monitoring history, alert events, delivery logs, backup ingest records, billing records, and audit events are retained for operational, security, billing, and legal purposes.
Workspace owners can request exports and deletion through the product. Deletion may retain billing, audit, abuse-prevention, and legal records where required.
