Abuse Policy

This policy protects monitored third parties, customers, and monitoring.app infrastructure.

Prohibited activity

Do not use monitoring.app to attack, overwhelm, probe, or monitor systems you are not authorized to operate or assess.

Do not use alerting, status pages, backup ingest, support intake, or user invites for spam, harassment, credential theft, or unlawful content.

We may rate limit, suspend, remove content, revoke tokens, or disable accounts and workspaces when abuse threatens the platform or third parties.

Abuse investigations may retain audit, billing, request, and delivery records as needed.
